In this session, Aaron uses storytelling, design thinking, systems thinking, and real-world examples to show how individuals at any level can lead through uncertainty by designing environments where change becomes possible and progress sustainable. Audiences walk away with language for the forces at play, insight into how disruption shows up, and clarity on what kind of leadership is needed next.
