He has innovated in every area of his 35 year old family business from, warehouse flow, order entry/customer service, quality control, purchasing and now e-com. He’s fought battles with every person in his 20 person business making changes that benefit the group as a hole. Through many different initiatives, he’s helped get the most out of our little operation enabling us to do $10m in sales with only 18 people.
